Benny Berthelsen

Benny is 52 years old and experienced manager, instructor and consultant. Since founding the company in 1996 Benny has assisted a wide range of client organisations with consulting and training services and has developed several products for leadership and team learning. Co-creator of the simulation game "Hot Hour Experience".

Prior to consulting Benny spent 10 years in management positions (5 years as HRD-manager). Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Organization) and Systemic Consultant.

Henrik Jensen

Henrik is 47 years old and experienced manager, instructur and consultant. Henrik joined HORISONT as partner in 1998. He has assisted a wide range of organisations with consulting, coaching, recruiting and training services and has developed several products for leadership and team learning. Prior to consulting Henrik spent 5 years as a Sales Director and 7 years as a Human Resource Consultant within the financial sector and the airline industri. Systemic Consultant.
